Salary: UAH 60,000 - 100,000 + performance bonuses

In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a customer support manager with knowledge of English who will join our team.

Candidate requirements:
• knowledge of the English language at the level B1-B2 and above
• good communication skills and customer orientation
• responsibility and attention to detail
• desire to develop and build a career within the company
• experience in customer support or sales would be a plus, but not required (we provide paid training and onboarding)
Main responsibilities:
• processing incoming inquiries from clients
• providing advice and assistance to clients
• entering customer data into internal systems
• interacting with other departments to resolve requests
• reporting in the CRM system
• ensuring a high level of service and communication

2 shifts available:
• 15:00 – 23:00 (taxi is paid by the company)
• 20:00 – 05:00
