Responsibilities:

• receiving incoming calls and assisting customers in solving requests;
• control over the process of reserving products in pharmacies with necessary weekends calls;
• assistance to pharmacies upon request;
• entering information about changes in the pharmacies' work schedules;
• keeping a customer database;
• working with groups in messengers (viber, telegram, etc.).

Skills:

• knowledge of PC at the level of confident use;
• knowledge of the 1C program is welcome;
• skills to solve customer requests;
• communicativeness;
• ability to work in a team;
