We are looking for a client manager for our projects.

What you will need to do:

-Communicate with clients of our platform in telephone mode (hot base), build long-term friendly relations with them; 

-Help solve customer problems, fix and transfer requests to technical departments;  

-Being emotionally stable, friendly and tactful, able to navigate quickly in difficult and unexpected situations.

What is necessary for work:

-Previous positive experience of communicating with clients will be an advantage (We provide paid training-4700 UAH-for 5 days;

-We work in the office (team atmosphere is important to us)

-Schedule — Mon-Fri (10:00-19:00).
