YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE POSITION WILL BE:
- implementation of the full recruiting cycle using standard and non-standard selection methods;
- interaction with the heads of departments - clarifying needs, solving organizational issues related to interviews, etc.;
- building and establishing business contacts and forming a warm base of candidates for the possibility of attracting the necessary specialists;
- determination of optimal search methods, search for non-standard and effective ways of closing vacancies;
- formation of an attractive and informative description of company vacancies and their publication on job search sites;
- initial screening of resumes, conducting hr interviews using video communication, organizing meetings of candidates with hiring managers, active search for candidates: x-Ray, Boolean, etc.;
- work in the CRM system for CleverStaff recruiting;
- labor market analysis;
- participation in projects to increase staff loyalty, intra-corporate work;
- participation in the development of the employer brand.
OUR WISHES FOR FUTURE EMPLOYEE:
- complete higher education;
- work experience in recruiting at least 2 years;
- successful experience of closing non-technical vacancies at the Senior+ level (lawyers, accountants, sales managers, marketers, financiers, economists, etc.);
- own and successfully use modern methods and tools of personnel selection, have knowledge of various methods of active personnel search;
- the ability to interest the candidate in the company, vacancies;
- the ability to work in multitasking mode;
- flexibility, sociability, the ability to find an approach to people, the ability to listen and hear;
- independence, ability to set priorities, responsibility;
- competent written and oral language;
- experience conducting interviews on competencies will be an advantage;
- completed professional recruiting courses will be an additional advantage.
