Requirements

  • English at B2-C1 level (oral and written)
  • Communication and customer orientation
  • Ability to work with stressful situations
  • Experience in support is a plus, but not required
  • Willingness to work with a gambling product

Work schedule

  • Remote work
  • Shift schedule (day / evening / night shifts)
  • The schedule is formed in advance

Your daily tasks will be:

  • communication with clients through chats, emails and less frequent calls;
  • resolving simple technical issues, such as restoring access to an account if a customer has forgotten their password;
  • assistance with verification or registration;
  • resolving payment issues and the like requests;
  • forwarding of requests for solving technical and financial difficulties of clients to other departments of the company, receiving feedback for further informing the client
