responsibilities:

Requests to the relevant departments for improving the technical and financial issues of clients, eliminating the bugs on the site

  • To be the main link between customers and the corresponding departments

  • Translation of Products on Front Tenda

  • Work Terms:

    • Remote Work

    • Without Night Changes

    • Floating Work schedule, shifting

      5 working days a week

    • floating weekends-2 days a week


    Requirements

    Fluent Knowledge of English and French (C1)-Required (oral and written communication)

  • Support for Positive, Empathic and Professional Attitudes to Clients

  • Analytical Abilities and Skills of Problems, Attention to Details

  • The ability to process large amounts of data

  • Experience in a similar position from one year

  • The experience of using Zendesk, Jira and Magento will be a plus

    Job Description:

    We Are Looking for A Customer Support Specialist to Join Our Dynamic Team and Provide High-Quality Support to Our Clients. Youries Counter, Ensuring a High Level of Customer Satisfaction. FONT-STYLE: Normal; Text-Decoration: None "> Responsibilites:

    -Interacting with Customers Via Email, Chat, Phone, or Other Available Communication Channels

    -Responding to Customer Inquiries Regarding Our Products

    -Reselving Customer Issues and Assisting in Resolving Their Queries

    -Offering Technical and Financial Support for Our Products

    - Escalating Queries to Relevant Departments for Technical or Financial Difficulties, and Obtaining FeedBack for Further Communication - Reporting identified problems or errors on supported websites

    Working Schedule:

    - Floating, rotational work schedule

    - 5 working days per week

    - 2 floating days off per week

    - Shifts from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

    Requirements:

    - Proficiency in French and English at level C1 (both written and spoken)

    - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position

    - Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers

    - Quick learning and problem-solving abilities

    - Resilience and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment

    - Knowledge of the company's products and services (training will be provided)

    Skills:

    - Attention to detail and meticulousness in work

    - Communication, patience, and a high level of self-organization

    - Willingness to assist customers

    - Experience with Zendesk, JIRA, and Magento will be a plus

    - Ability to handle large volumes of information

    - Willingness to learn

    - Knowledge of Zendesk and Magento is a plus
