-Interacting with Customers Via Email, Chat, Phone, or Other Available Communication Channels
-Responding to Customer Inquiries Regarding Our Products
-Reselving Customer Issues and Assisting in Resolving Their Queries span>
-Offering Technical and Financial Support for Our Products span>
- Escalating Queries to Relevant Departments for Technical or Financial Difficulties, and Obtaining FeedBack for Further Communication - Reporting identified problems or errors on supported websites
Working Schedule:
- Floating, rotational work schedule
- 5 working days per week
- 2 floating days off per week
- Shifts from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Requirements:
- Proficiency in French and English at level C1 (both written and spoken)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers
- Quick learning and problem-solving abilities
- Resilience and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of the company's products and services (training will be provided)
Skills:
- Attention to detail and meticulousness in work
- Communication, patience, and a high level of self-organization
- Willingness to assist customers
- Experience with Zendesk, JIRA, and Magento will be a plus
- Ability to handle large volumes of information
- Willingness to learn
- Knowledge of Zendesk and Magento is a plus
