Main duties

To ensure the comfort of our customers in the chat, you will:

• Receive and process customer requests in the chat - quickly and accurately provide the necessary information.

• Coordinate the delivery process - from clarifying the details of the order to confirmation of receipt.

• Enter information into the internal system - keep the data relevant for the team and customers.
