What will you be? do:

• Check the quality of customer service (support agents).
• Listen to calls, analyze communication with customers.
• Evaluate the work of employees according to checklists and company standards.
• Keep reports in the CRM system and Excel.
• Identify weak points and give recommendations for improving service.

What we are we expect:

• Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate and above)!!!
• Attention to details, analytical thinking.
• Experience in QA, English Teacher or related fields will be a plus.
• Ability to work with CRM and Excel (or learn quickly).
• Self-organization, responsibility.
