EverHelp is a project in the Genesis ecosystem. We are a team of professionals developing an outsourced support service for many clients around the world at an increasing pace: the project was created in 2021, but in the last year we have grown by 82%. Currently, our employees are safe, we have kept all jobs, in addition, we continue to strengthen our team and keep the Retention Rate at a level of at least 90%.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a responsible Customer Support Representative that will implement, develop and maintain high standards of service quality for our customers.
Our customer is a German B2B online marketplace for professional equipment for maintenance, repair and operation, which is rapidly is growing Founded in 2014, the company offers 500,000+ products over 150+ brands.
You will:
- Communicate with users, work with reviews and complaints with the help of letters,
- Advise the company's customers about the products, their operation and functionality through social networks,
- Provide empathetic and responsive service to meet the needs of our users,
- Treat every request with equal dedication.
About you:
- You speak German at the Advanced/Fluent level, you have competent written and spoken language
- You have experience in support from 6 months,
- You have excellent communication skills: you know how to politely, professionally and timely resolve customer complaints,
- You are able to work independently and as part of different teams,< /li>
- Attentive, persistent and solution-oriented,
- You have a strong work ethic and can quickly adapt to changes in a dynamic business environment.
It will be cool if you also have :
- Experience with basic CRM systems,
- Confidence, enthusiasm and ability to manage workload,
- Desire todevelop their knowledge and skills.
