We invite to our stable and developing team - light industry enterprise LINTEX UKRAINIAN GARMENT FACTORY Lubna - Operations Director. The enterprise produces clothes and underwear.

Requirements:

• Three years of experience as a manager of a light industry enterprise.
• Knowledge of production processes in the light industry industry.
• Knowledge of legislation.
• Economic and financial literacy.
• Resistance to stress.
• Communication.
• Skills unite the team.
• Desire to introduce new approaches and implement them.

Must know:

• laws, resolutions, decrees, orders, decisions and other normative legal acts of state authorities and local self-government bodies, which regulate the order of the enterprise;
• profile, specialization and peculiarities of the structure of the enterprise;
• possibility of effective use of production capacities, available technological processes, their restructuring or replacement;
• modern methods of management and management;
• economy, organization of production, labor and management;
• directions and principles of development of management, marketing , commercial activity, tax affairs;
• ethics of business communication and negotiations.

Responsibilities:

• initial audit of all processes enterprises, optimization;
• implementation of tactical and strategic tasks from the owners;
• planning of enterprise activities and execution of the plan in accordance with strategic tasks;
• control of all production processes and general operational activities, organization of effective interaction of all participants;
• formation of a strong team and a plan to increase the number of seamstresses;
• negotiations with suppliers and contractors, representation of the enterprise in state authorities.

Work schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., official employment, payment of apartment rent. Trial period. Comfortable conditions at the updated enterprise. All other details will be discussed at the meeting.
