We will work if you:

Will plus:

  • Knowledge of direct sales channels (LOT Altea, BA Portal, SkyUp Booking Tool, TK Connect, SkySpeed, FlyDubai Booking Tool), as well as understanding of SPRK and its functionality.

  • Processing reservations and tickets - creation, changes, returns, additional services.
  • Working with NDC and GDS - processing requests in Galileo, Amadeus, SkySpeed, etc.
  • Communication with airlines - resolving issues via phone, email, websites.
  • Application of airline rules - cancellations, changes, baggage conditions.
  • Interaction with other departments - technical support, finance, product team.
  • Working with the product - solving technical problems, updates.
  • Training and development - continuous improvement of knowledge and skills.
