Recruiting stages:Interview with the recruiter (up to 30 min) + Check English > Technical interview > Reference Check > NDA + Job Offer

Basic requirements:

• English level — B2-C1 (mandatory passing of the test !)
• Ability to work day and night shifts (required)
• Ability to work with Google Docs
• Analytical mindset, interest in cryptocurrency
• Desire to learn and develop in the field of digital
• Communication skills and a sense of humor

Main tasks:

• Customer support in chat, English-language communication
• Training new users and helping them with the project
• Quick and high-quality responses to users
• Collecting feedback from users about the project and transferring it team
• Cross communication with other departments to solve various problems

Working conditions:

• Variable schedule, 3/2
• Day and night shifts of 8 hours 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• Payment day $4.6/hour, night $6.9/hour (on average $800 per month + KPI system that allows you to receive a bonus to the salary)
• Internship 1 - 2 weeks
• We provide equipment for work (Apple)
