We are looking for a person with:

• English level – upper-intermediate or fluent;
• Self-organization and communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to work 9 am to 5 pm ET (evenings compared to Ukrainians)

Responsibilities include:

1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via phone, email or chat
2. Make phone calls to ask customers if they are satisfied with the product
3. Identify customer needs and assist customers with necessary information
4. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
