We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to be a key partner to our customers, helping them achieve results and get the most value from Cart2Cart.
What you will do:
- Accompany customers throughout the entire cycle of interaction with the product
- Communicate with customers via email, chats, calls and video meetings (the main language of communication is English)
- Advise on Cart2Cart functionality and service capabilities
- Early identify customer needs and offer optimal solutions
- Cooperate with technical engineers to resolve requests and prepare offers
- Build long-term relationships with customers and help them achieve success
- Work with the CRM system and other tools (HubSpot) to organize processes
We expect from you:
- English level from Upper-Intermediate (oral and written)
- Experience in Customer Support / Sales / Account Management from 1 year (preferably in SaaS or e-commerce)
- Excellent communication skills, result and customer orientation
- Ability to work effectively with a large flow communications
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service tools
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and SaaS products
Will be a plus:
- Technical English
- Work experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Analytical thinking and data skills
- Experience in building a customer journey and customer retention processes
