 What you will do:

  • Accompany customers throughout the entire cycle of interaction with the product
  • Communicate with customers via email, chats, calls and video meetings (the main language of communication is English)
  • Advise on Cart2Cart functionality and service capabilities
  • Early identify customer needs and offer optimal solutions
  • Cooperate with technical engineers to resolve requests and prepare offers
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and help them achieve success
  • Work with the CRM system and other tools (HubSpot) to organize processes

 We expect from you:

  • English level from Upper-Intermediate (oral and written)
  • Experience in Customer Support / Sales / Account Management from 1 year (preferably in SaaS or e-commerce)
  • Excellent communication skills, result and customer orientation
  • Ability to work effectively with a large flow communications
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service tools
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce and SaaS products
