Customer Success manager in Admixer Advertising

We are the Admixer Advertising team. Our primary mission is to help advertisers and agencies achieve their business goals by providing assistance, strategic guidance and expertise in the application of the Meta product family.

We invite you to join our customer support team as Customer Success Manager-a!

Main duties:< /strong>

• interaction with local teams and hub teams for solving tasks;

• supporting operational processes; /span>

• providing and controlling the quality of customer service;

• support for performance of operational tasks (work in Business Manager Meta and other Meta tools);

• supporting communication with the Meta team regarding the solution of current problems;

• research and search for opportunities to improve the quality of customer service and their growth;

• preparation of regular reports on customer activity;

• facilitation and assistance in creating educational materials;

• assistance and creation of presentation materials or other marketing materials;

• consideration of customer requests, aspirations and aactive participation in the development of ways to improve the customer experience;

• assisting the marketing team and local teams in organizing webinars and other events.

What we expect from you:

• knowledge of the basic principles of digital operation; digital advertising platforms and metrics;

• English proficiency level B2 and above (we read, write and speak this language every day);

ability to build high-quality and productive relationships with clients and partners;

• high level of communication skills (both oral and written);

• skills independently organize the entire work process and set priorities;

• confident user of Excel and PowerPoint;

• ability to provide technical information to people with different levels of knowledge in the field of digital marketing;

• you can prepare for the performance yourself and make a presentation for it;

• striving to improve your professional knowledge and skills, constantly updating your knowledge in the field in which you work.
