SMM Manager (Volunteer)

IT2School is a volunteer community of IT professionals interested in teaching children creative use of technology. We teach kids technology so they can turn their ideas into reality, creating value for themselves and those around them.

We are looking for a creative and energetic SMM manager who specializes in TikTok to help us develop our project through this popular platform.

Responsibilities:

— Development and implementation of the project's presence strategy on TikTok.

— Creating and publishing exciting content (videos, challenges, trends) according to the plan.

—Interaction with subscribers, replies to comments and direct messages.

— Content performance analysis, trend monitoring and strategy adaptation based on the received data.

—Organizing and conducting TikTok promotions and campaigns to attract new subscribers and expand the audience.

- Collaborate with other team members and volunteers to create integrated content.

Requirements:

- Availability of time that can be devoted to volunteering.

— Desire to help children and teenagers find new opportunities.

- The TikTok experience.

- Desire to create creative and interesting video content.

- Skills of working with video editors.

— Creativity, energy and the ability to quickly adapt to new trends.

— Fluency in the Ukrainian language.

- Ability to work in a team and organize own working hours.
