Junior Specialist with German (First Job)

You will be interacting with customers, company sales and service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about company’s products or services. 

Here are some of the things you can look forward to:

• Managing orders from the preparation of the offer for the client to entering data into the SAP system, delivering the order to the client, and handling potential complaints.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as finance, sales, planning, and production, to ensure a smooth order process.
• Acting as the main point of contact for the client, providing information, solving problems, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Performing most tasks via email, but also participating in teleconferences, especially in case of escalations.
