- Part-time (100 hours in February), transitioning to full-time (160 hours per month starting in March)

- Morning/evening hours with occasional weekends (including Polish holidays)

- Communicate with customers via email and phone
- Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally

- Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (C1 level)
- Proven experience in an office or customer service environment
- Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Availability for morning hours and occasional weekends
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
