METRO PAY LLC is a Ukrainian fintech company that became the first in the market of instant payments in Ukraine. With the help of our terminals, clients can top up bank cards, mobile accounts, utilities, online wallets and more than 2,500 different services.

We invite you to the complaints specialist team (customer applications for the return of lost funds). Lack of work experience in this direction will not be a problem if there is a desire to learn.

Field responsibilities and job duties:

• Processing customer applications for refunds lost during payment via terminal (communication with the client is not part of the duties).
• Analysis of the history of the terminal to identify the fact and the reason for the loss of funds by the client.
• Forming and sending messages to clients regarding changes in application statuses.
• Communication with employees of other divisions of the Company.

We expect:

• Part-time/full-time higher education. li>
• Experience of working with a PC, e-mail.
• Experience of working with Word, Excel programs.
• Possession of personal traits: analytical mindset, honesty, responsibility, attentiveness, the ability to complete what has been started.

Will be a plus:

• Experience of working with clients, experience of working with payment systems
