• Design of interfaces for iOS and Android , screens and animations;

• Designing websites and web applications, including responsive layout;

• Development of new concepts and ideas for product improvement;

• Conduct research, prototyping;

• Generation of ideas and non-standard solutions;

• Working with the design system, its support and development.

1. Phenomenal attention to detail

• Pixel Perfection: The ability to notice the smallest deviations from given parameters, such as sizes, margins, colors.

• Typography: Deep understanding of fonts, their families, weights and optical corrections.

• Icons and graphics: Ability to create or adapt graphic elements with attention to the smallest details.

• Trend forecasting: The ability to predict how technology and user needs will change in the coming years.

• Fantasy without limits: The ability to think outside the box and create concepts that seem impossible.

• Understanding Web 4.0:Deep knowledge of the principles of generative artificial intelligence, intelligent agents and augmented networks.

• Prototyping: Rapid creation of interactive prototypes to test ideas.

• UX/UI design: Excellent command of design tools and the ability to create intuitive interfaces.

• Innovarelevance: Creating new designs, not copying what is already on the market, searching for non-standard solutions and implementing new technologies. It is a constant movement forward, a desire for perfection and a desire to impress.

• Adaptability: Understanding responsive design principles and the ability to create layouts that display perfectly on different devices.

• Deep knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Principle).

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

• Understanding the principles of adaptive layout.

• Understanding design atomicity, working with variables

• Basic knowledge of SQL and the basics of statistical analysis.

• Skills in motion design, illustration and 3D modeling will be an advantage.
