We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with knowledge of the German language for an international company.
In this position, you will communicate with customers in German, help resolve inquiries, provide quality service and create a positive customer experience.
What you need to do:
— process customer inquiries via calls and/or written channels
— identify customer needs and offer timely solutions
— keep records of inquiries and update customer profiles
- advise on company products and processes
- interact with other teams to quickly resolve issues
What we expect:
- German C1-C2
- English from B2
- from 6 months of experience in customer support in German (preferred)
- strong communication skills and customer orientation
- phone/email experience support will be a plus
- fast and accurate typing
- basic computer skills
Work format:
- 10:00-19:00 (Mon-Fri)
