Customer service manager (trade networks) in SAV ORBICO

The SAVORBICO company is an international distributor of food and non-food products of domestic and international manufacturers.

We invite a Manager to join our team on working with clients (retail networks)

  • reception and processing of orders, formation of returns
  • maintenance of paper and electronic document management
  • processing of customer requests (complaints, quality documents)
  • work with the range of customers (specification, logistics cards)
  • reporting to By the client, analysis and agreement of cuts for each delivery
  • maintenance/reconciliation of warehouse containers/pallets
  • reclamation of fines from clients
  • communication with internal departments of the Company (trade department, UTZ, physical logistics, accounting, warehouse)

  What do we expect from you?

  • proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
  • work in accounting systems: EDIN, Comarch, Timely
  • business communication/correspondence skills
