Construction Company LLC"Baspro"is looking for an experienced and energetic leader who will take responsibility for the realization of our objects.

What we will entrust to you:

• 360° cycle management: Organization and control of all stages of construction — from site mobilization to commissioning.
• Team management: Coordination of the work of masters, contractors, engineers and related departments.
• Indicator control: Ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets and technical quality standards.
• Document support: Keeping general and special construction journals, executive control documentation.
• Resource planning: Optimal distribution of materials, equipment and personnel.
• Communications: Negotiations with suppliers, interaction with customers and reporting.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Expertise: Higher professional education and experience as a project manager.
• Technical skills: Confident command of AutoCAD (reading drawings, making corrections, checking volumes).
• Professional knowledge: Understanding of construction technologies of industrial and commercial objects; knowledge and compliance with the norms of DBN, DSTU and legislation in the field of construction;
• Mobility: Readiness for business trips (objects may be in different regions).
• Personal qualities: Energy, ability to make decisions in stressful situations and leadership qualities.
