Main responsibilities:

• Communication with all fixed customers, helps in getting the necessary services;

• Implementation of the sales plan.

• Helping customers with all documents - contracts, additional agreements, commercial proposals, etc.;

• Connecting additional services, informing about new services and promotions;

• Making offers to customers of an individual solution so that they send more shipments;

• Helps in solving customer problems;

• Monitoring that they pay bills on time;

• Monitoring what competitors offer to work better with customers;

• Working to ensure that customers stay with the company and use its services even more.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience from the 1st year in the positions of sales manager, sales consultant;
• Understanding of practices in the field of interaction with customers;
• Skills to control receivables - desirable;
• Skills in drawing up commercial proposals and contracts;
• Experience in conducting business negotiations and correspondence;
• Skills in dealing with objections;
• Fluency in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, MS Power Point, 1C, CRM - we will teach you if you do not know something;
• Availability of a car.
