Customer service manager in Prime Solutions

Prime Solutions is an online sales and customer service team.

Due to expansion, we are looking for a Sales Manager to handle incoming orders.

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming requests of customers

• Consultation about products

• Ordering in CRM

• Guiding the client to the conclusion of the deal

• Adherence to communication standards

Requirements:

• Competent oral Ukrainian

• Confident PC user

• Responsibility and attentiveness

• Experience in sales will be an advantage, but not mandatory
