Main responsibilities:
Onboarding and support clientsat all stages of cooperation.
Communication with clients:collection and systematization of documents, answers to basic questions.
Monitoring compliance with deadlines clients (submission of documents, payments).
Maintaining customer profiles in CRM and support for internal document flow.
Interaction coordinationbetween clients and company lawyers.
Preparation of letters using templates, organizing online meetings.
Collecting feedback to ensure high service.
Candidate requirements:
Higher education (preferably legal).
Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate), Ukrainian and Russian languages.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and resistance to stress.
Highly organized, ability to work with deadlines and multi-task.
Confident command of office programs and experience with CRM.
Willingness for training (the company conducts internal trainings).
