Your tasks:

• Keep in touch with customers on the phone;
• Process incoming calls/messages using IP telephony/messengers;
• Interact with and plan the work of maid administrators;
• Work with reviews and feedback from guests about the stay;
• Analyze the market and competitors;

• Keep reports on your work.
