Initial review of resumes, communication with candidates.

Coordinating interviews, maintaining an interview calendar.

Maintaining the candidate database, updating statuses.

Preparation of basic reports on recruitment.

Participation in organizing the onboarding of new employees (for needs).

Requirements:

Higher or incomplete higher education (HR, psychology, management is an advantage).

Interest in the field of recruiting and personnel management.

Proficient PC skills (Google Docs, Excel/Sheets, mail).

Communication, attention to detail, responsibility.

Willingness to work with a large amount of information.

Would be an advantage:
Experience with job search sites or in HR.
Experience in communication with candidates.
Understanding basic HR processes.
