Job description

Our company, which is engaged in the production of glass products, is looking for an ambitious and responsiblemanager for of working with customers, which will become a key link in the process of interaction between customers and production.

Duties:

    •     Customer consultation and support< /span>:

Reception of applications, discussion of order details, professional assistance in choosing solutions.

    •     Calculating the cost of orders:

Drafting commercial proposals, agreeing terms with clients regarding terms and payment.

    •     Preparation of production outfits:

Formation of technical tasks for workshop workers.

    •     Control of production stages:

Monitoring of order fulfillment at all stages, coordination of deadlines and product quality.

    •     Working with drawings:

Reading and drawing up graphic diagrams and drawings for cutting glass.

    •     Proficiency in graphics programs:

AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, Photoshop — for creating and editing simple technical drawings.

    •     Interaction with other departments:

Coordination of work with the production and logistics department to fulfill orders exactly on time.

Requirements:

    •     Organizational skills:

Ability to plan and effectively distribute tasks to keep several projects under control at the same time.

•     Communication skills:

Confidence in communication with clients, diplomacy.

    •     Resistance to stress and determination:

Willingness to quickly react to changes in the process and find optimal solutions.

    •     Technical Literacy:

Basic understanding of technical processes and drawings, attention to detail.

    •     Knowledge of graphics programs:

Proficient in AutoCAD, CorelDRAW and Photoshop (the ability to quickly learn and adapt to other programs will be a plus).

Monday - Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
