In connection with the expansion, we invite to our team Mprocurement manager/analyst.

Duties :

• Managing document flow;
• Conducting sales analysis;
• Planning of product orders;
• Issue and support of orders;
• Identification of product that is not in circulation in the company's warehouses;
• Product rotation between TT;
• Coordinating the order of supply, payment for goods, services, their volumes;
• Requirements:
• Work experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• Knowledge of 1C;
• Knowledge of the market in the beauty industry and salon equipment is desirable, but not necessary); 
• High level of organizational skills;
• Ensuring the availability of goods for the chain of stores according to product groups in sufficient quantity and assortment, including the availability of goods in high demand in order to prevent shortages; 
• Searching for suppliers, studying new offers, agreeing the terms of supply with the direct manager;
• Ability to negotiate and establish partnerships;
• Control of timely payment (mutual settlements) and shipment of goods; 
• Responsibility and attention to details;
• Active life position and desire to learn new things;

• Salary will consist of a rate of 18,000 for the internship period + % of the company's sales.
