Customer & Sales Support in OMICRON

OMICRON electronics is a developer and manufacturer of innovative equipment for testing, diagnostics and monitoring of electrical equipment. Our customers in more than 170 countries of the world are power plants, power grid companies, manufacturers of high-voltage electrical equipment, service companies and industrial enterprises. The company's development, production and head office are located in Austria. 

 Since 2009, an OMICRON representative office has been operating in Ukraine (Kyiv), which is responsible for business development and support for customers in the region of Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, the Baltic States and the CIS countries (except for the Russian Federation and Belarus).

The office in Kyiv, together with offices in different countries, is an integral part of the Europe region. To strengthen the team of the Kyiv office and the Europe region, we are looking for a new/new colleague in the role of Customer & Sales Support.  

Your responsibility

• You will help our clients and partners in the Baltic States, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine and the CIS countries (except for the Russian Federation and Belarus) on all issues related to their cooperation with OMICRON: creating commercial offers, working with contracts, placing orders for production, logistics and after-sales service.
• You will work closely with our regional sales managers and application engineers, support them in their daily activities, and help strengthen and expand our customer relationships.
• You will support the marketing team of the Europe region by applying marketing tools in local markets.
• You will organize important events for clients and exhibitions and will be drawn to them as part of the sales team.
• You will take part in organizing trainings for clients.
• You will be responsible for our CRM (Data Entry and Maintenance) customer database.
• General office management tasks and ordering office supplies will also be among your tasks.

Required Skills

• You have successfully completed a commercial or technical education and have several years of experience in the field of sales support
• You have excellent communication skills and communicate confidently on the phone
• You have an independent and service-oriented approach to work and organizational skills
• You're ready for autonomous work as part of a dispersed team in the Europe region
• You know Microsoft Office applications well
• You are ready for periodic business trips to Europe and other countries in the region
• You are fluent in Ukrainian, English and Russian
