Our team is more than 16,000 Aurorans who work every day to realize Aurora's mission: to improve people's everyday lives by making products for the home and soul accessible. 400">Reception of user requests through internal CRM and corporate chats; Primary analysis, classification and prioritization of tickets; Correct delegation of tasks to responsible IT teams, if necessary to responsible persons from other departments of the company; Control of ticket movement and compliance with SLA for response; Communication with users regarding the status of requests and expected resolution terms; Closing typical and basic user requests (consultations, standard actions); Interaction with other IT specialists to clarify details and escalations; Fixing and updating information in tickets, compliance with processing standards appeals.

- You have an understanding of the basic principles of work IT support or Service Desk (will be an advantage);
