Customer relations manager at the curtain salon in Alser, GK

We invite for cooperation an active and purposeful Manager who does not see his life without sales, a lot of communication and is used to working for results! For our clients, we offer turnkey sun protection solutions from measurement to installation, and we will be glad to see a Manager in our team who, like us, shares the view that every detail in the interior is important!

What we expect from you:

• Experience in the field of sales from 1 year (any non-food industry or services);
• Ability to conduct a dialogue, listen and understand the client (offer alternatives, find solutions to difficulties);
• Confident user of SRM, tables, messengers;
• Willingness to complete an internship before leaving to work with our specialists (5 days for 3-4 hours).

What should be done:

• Meet the client in the salon, identify his need and offer the most suitable product options for his request (curtains, blinds, blinds);
• Conduct a detailed presentation on the entire line of products and services of the company, carry out additional sales together with the main order;
• Offer the visit of a curtain designer or a blind specialist to draw up a specific commercial offer;
• Enter the entire history of communication with potential customers in the CRM.

We offer:

• Shift work schedule 3/3 from 09:00 to 20:00 (two managers work at each location, so you can agree on a different shift format);
• Fixed rate for each working day (650 hryvnias per day) + sales bonus (depending on the implementation of sales plans, average check, conversion), and for a trial period of 2 months we guarantee a payment of 20 thousand per month);
• The possibility to adapt to all work processes together with an experienced mentor (training in sales techniques, our products and work in the CRM system before leaving to work).
