L2 Technical Support Engineer (Junior / Entry Level) in Ajax Systems

We are looking for an attentive, inquisitive and technically oriented specialist who wants to develop in the direction of L2 support.

The role will suit those who like:

• influence product quality with R&D teams. text-decoration: none">Processing incoming requests from partners, customers (via L1 Support Team) and the company's technical team;

• Prompt resolution of issues from L1 Support and the involvement of the company's technical specialists;

• Incident processing, status tracking, timely escalation;">Font-style: normal; text-decoration: providing information for understanding and troubleshooting;

• Monitoring the current state of the system, tracking and responding to monitoring triggers;

• Creating a knowledge base on the most common problems;

• In-depth understanding of our products..

Necessary knowledge and skills:

•  Analytical thinking, structure, attention to detail;

• Ability to plan your time and prioritize;

• Ability to clearly present the results of analysis;

• Basic technical understanding of electronics;

• Willingness to learn and develop towards L2.

It will be a plus:

• Experience in support (L1/L2), QA, working with technical products;

• Knowledge of testing theory;

•  Experience with Atlassian products or other task tracking systems;

•  English - at the level of reading the documentation.
