We are looking for a Customer Manager who:

✔ Knows how to listen and understand the needs of customers

✔ Has the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
✔ Has excellent communication and persuasive skills

Your main tasks will include:

• Management of client expectations: Consultation on the company's product and services
• Conducting periodic customer surveys
• Support on the customer side to ensure a high level of service
• Development and implementation of best practices for working with customers
• Training of company employees and customers in product evaluation and services
• Cross-communication with company divisions and customers
• Monitoring and analysis of tickets to improve support efficiency
• Performing team KPI analysis

Current requirements:

• Experience in the position of JPMa, Team Lead support, account manager from 1 year
< li>Able to express one's thoughts succinctly
• Upper Intermediate English and above
• Skills for organizing team work
• Skills for searching, analyzing and structuring information (squeezing)

• Understanding the structure of IT systems and their interaction
