Senior/Lead Automation QA Engineer in Devox Software

We are looking for a skilled Senior/Lead AQA Engineer to join our dynamic team, tasked with building a new version of the existing system. This role is perfect for someone passionate about front-end development, with a strong foundation in React and a desire to work on innovative projects within the logistics domain.

Project:

Global freight management solutions and services, specializing in Freight Audit & Payment, Order Management, Supplier Management, Visibility, TMS and Freight Spend Analytics.

Requirements:

— 5+ experience as an Automation QA Engineer, with a strong focus on Selenium

— Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript/.Net

— Proven experience in a lead role, managing QA teams and processes

— Experience working as a Business Analyst (BA), understanding business requirements, and translating them into technical specifications

— Solid understanding of software development and testing processes

— Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar

— Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

— Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

— Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

— Intermediate level of English is a must

Responsibilities:

— Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Selenium

— Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution

— Collaborate with development teams to understand product changes and testing requirements

— Maintain and enhance existing automated test frameworks and test suites

— Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code

— Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

— Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on the quality of the product

— Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in test automation

— Mentor and support junior QA engineers in test automation best practices
