A little about your daily tasks in this position:

  • Analysis of feedback from customers - work with various feedback channels, find patterns and look for ways to improve.
  • Implementation of changes and new projects - improve processes, automate routine tasks, help launch new products and services aimed at improving client eof education
  • Optimization of business processes — identify weak points and propose solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Quality control of services and products — make sure that our customers receive only the best experience.
  • Communication with teams - interact with colleagues from other departments to implement changes.
  • Preparation of reports - conduct weekly and monthly analysis of the work performed.

  • Runderstand the client and his needs - it is important to you that the client receives quality service, you know how to look at processes from his point of view and find what can be improved.
  • You know how to work with data - you don't get lost in large masses of information, you can structure data, find patterns and turn them into concrete conclusions and solutions.
  • You know how to investigate a problem and find a solution - you can conduct research, understand where there are weak points, formulate tasks for improvement and monitor their implementation.
  • You can explain complex things in simple words - you can structure your thoughts and present the results of analysis so that they are easy to understand and accept at work.
  • You like to solve real problems - not just find problems, but also implement changes that will improve the customer experience.
