We are looking for a strong crypto-marketer who can reduce the cost of customer acquisition, build a scalable marketing system and bring the project to the market so that it is talked about.

A specialist who deeply understands:

How the Web3 market works.

Crypto audience behavior and investment mentality.

How token economics and business model are formed.

How to create a marketing package that sells.

Able to strategically bring a project to market, create a strong community-infrastructure flow and manage a marketing team under a specific result.

Responsibilities:

Creation of a complete go-to-market strategy of the Web3/GAME/DeFi project.

Deep analysis of the crypto market, user behavior, trends and competitors.

Formation and improvement of the product together with the product team.

Participation in building a business model and adapting to different geo.

Definition of CA, segmentation and construction of user portraits.

Development of a marketing roadmap for the project to enter the market.

Creation of community growth strategies and retention mechanics.

Management of the marketing team (designers, target specialists, advertisers, content, SEO/ASO, tech leads).

Analytics of advertising campaigns, optimization for metrics.

Working with KOLs, influencers, crypto media, partnerships, listings.

Organizing AMAs, marketing activities, events, campaigns to increase interest in the product.

Requirements:

Deep understanding of Web3, crypto market and user behavior.

Skills to build system marketing: analysis > strategy > implementation > scaling.

Understanding the psychology of people interested in investments and crypto.

Skills in creating growth-mechanics and retention-mechanics.

Understanding the specifics of entering different geos (EU/ASIA/CIS/USA).

Experience in team management and task setting.

Knowledge of Web3 marketing channels: Telegram, X/Twitter, Discord etc.

Work at a high pace and responsibility for the result.

Publicity in working on the project (events, interviews, AMA sessions, personal blog, etc.).

Will be a plus:

Experience in crypto projects.

English for communication with KOL, partners and media.

Marketing experience in GameFi / DeFi / NFT.
