We are looking for a specialist for the position "BlaBlaCar customer support manager with knowledge of the German language". The direction of the project is the world's largest online platform for finding car companions.

Your functional duties:

  • Support users of the BlaBlaCar online platform in the mode of incoming chats and letters;

  • Accept calls from online platform users in German ;

  • Analyze problems encountered by users and find options for solving the problem;

  • Collect customer feedback to improve services.

Our expectations from the candidate:

  • You communicate freely and write competently in German and English;
  • You have an intermediate level of English and are ready to undergo English training;
  • You have a confident level of using a computer and office software;
  • Have a desire to help customers;
  • Experience in the field of customer support (will be an advantage).
