Experience and knowledge necessary for the performance of duties:
- Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
- Knowledge: RFM analysis, cohort analysis, LTV, segmentation, retention funnels;
- Experience in building automation and trigger scenarios;
- Knowledge of English Upper-Intermediate
- Experience in e-commerce

Tasks you will work with:
Marketing automation
- Setting up trigger chains: welcome series, abandoned cart, reactivation, post-purchase
- Lead scoring and automatic transfer of leads to the sales department
- Setting up workflow and automated tasks to increase CR and customer retention
Email, SMS, push-marketing
- Creation of segmented newsletters and personalized offers
- A/B testing of topics, texts and sending time
- Control of newsletters: OR, CTR, CR, Unsubscribe Rate
Growth and retention mechanics
- Optimization of cross-sell and up-sell offers
- Implementation of customer loyalty and reactivation programs
- Increase in average check (AOV) and repeat sales
Segmentation and Analytics
- Segmentation of the customer base by RFM, behavior, traffic sources, product categories
- Construction and optimization of Customer Journey Map (CJM)
- Analysis of key metrics: LTV, Retention, Churn, ROMI
CRM system management
- Integration of CRM with the website, telephony, email and push-mails
- Control of data quality and relevance of the client base
- Customization of the client card, sales funnel
- Control of data quality and relevance of the client base
- Integration with the application and loyalty program
