• CJM work: constant improvement of the user map, creation of trigger scenarios, optimization of weak areas.
• Creation of effective omnichannel campaigns (triggers, react, lifecycle).
• Development, promotion and gamification with a clear calculation of their impact on indicators.
Working with the task manager (ClickUp/Jira) font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Would be a plus:
English from Intermediate.
• HTML/CSS at template editing level.
• Experience of working with a sports book.
• Experience working with the VIP segment.
• Smartico skills.
