Without which we will not consider the candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, Retention or Digital Marketing (B2C or fashion is a huge plus);
- Practical experience building automated communications, triggers and loyalty programs;
- Deep understanding of RFM, LTV, cohort-analyses and segmentation principles customers.
Areas of responsibility:
- Develop and implement a CRM and retention strategy, focused on key business indicators - LTV, Retention Rate, AOV;
- Create and develop a Gameof loyalty: think through the mechanics, launch campaigns, track analytics and performance;
- Segment and cluster the customer base, discover insights and build personalized communications at all stages of the customer life cycle.
- Launch direct-marketing-mechanics for customer retention, activation and re-conversion - from business cases to measuring results;
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams (marketing, e-com, analytics, developers) to develop CRM functionality and data accuracy;
- Conduct A/B testing, analyze the results of campaigns, optimize processes, improving metrics of openings, CTR and reactivations;
- Manage multi-channel communications (email, SMS, push, messengers): segmentation, automation, database relevance, content quality.
