CRM Implementation Project Manager, CRM Business Analyst in Vidviday

Visit is a Ukrainian travel operator with 17 years of experience, more than 400 own tours and an office team of 40+ employees.

Now we are looking for a specialist who will help us automate processes and bring customer service to a new level through the implementation of CRM.

Main requirements:? 

• Experience in implementing CRM in travel companies (travel agencies, tour operators, DMC)—must;? 
• Understanding tourism business processes;? 
• Experience of working with online leads (website, social networks, messengers, aggregators);?
•  Practical experience with CRM: Bitrix24 / amoCRM / Zoho / HubSpot (min. one - deep).

Main responsibilities:? 

• Settings:

1. sales funnel for tours;
2. booking statuses;
3. automatic tasks for managers.? 

• Integrations:

1. site;
2. messengers (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram);
3. IP-telephony;
4. emails;
5. payment systems.? 

1. business owner;
2. sales department;
3. marketing.?
