We offer an interesting, well-paid HR job - a manager of a service company in the field of shipping.  We ONLY consider specialists with work experience in similar positions for at least 3 years.

We are a Ukrainian-Bulgarian company that has been working in the international market of merchant bulk fleet services since 1999. We provide a variety of services, namely hold cleaning services, ship repair services, shipchandler services, surveying services and many others ALL OVER THE WORLD. We work with the largest shipowners in the world.

We are looking for a person who:

- is able to make decisions independently

- knows how to effectively organize work processes

- easily adapts to non-standard situations

- possesses analysis skills (people, processes)

- confidently uses a PC, office programs, messengers, means of internet communication, manages and knows how to use social networks and means of promotion in them

- if you have English from B1 and above - this is an additional +.

Duties:

- recruiting, organizing the process of inflow of candidates for positions in different countries, conducting interviews and evaluating potential candidates

- analysis of the current personnel situation, planning of needs in the staff, assessment of the qualities of the current staff

- work with working documents (primarily with maritime documents - ordering, control of document deadlines, keeping document registers)

- creation and implementation of measures to improve the efficiency of personnel work

- work with insurance companies (organization of policies, coordination in the event of insurance cases)

- analysis of the current situation on the labor market in similar branches

- reporting
