Duties:

- recruiting, organizing the process of inflow of candidates for positions in different countries, conducting interviews and evaluating potential candidates

- analysis of the current personnel situation, planning of needs in the staff, assessment of the qualities of the current staff

- work with working documents (primarily with maritime documents - ordering, control of document deadlines, keeping document registers)

- creation and implementation of measures to improve the efficiency of personnel work

- work with insurance companies (organization of policies, coordination in the event of insurance cases)

- analysis of the current situation on the labor market in similar branches

- reporting
