Executive Director in ONOYL, TOV

The company "ONOIL" (Cherkasy), which specializes in the production of vegetable technical oil for further use in the biodiesel and paint industry, is looking for an executive director. 

We have the capacity, partly - a team and a clear goal, but at this stage we lack an "engine" - an executive director who will set up the system work: from full staffing of the enterprise, increasing the volume of procurement and processing of raw materials to increasing sales of finished products (we work mostly for export). We are looking for a strong leader to scale the company's activities for this position.  We understand that a person needs time to adapt in a new field, so we offer a gradual increase in responsibility for various chains of the company's work and a gradual transition from the position of executive director to the position of director of the company. With the expansion of the sphere of responsibility, the salary also increases. 

In the position of executive director, responsibility for:

• Company staffing, team management, employee motivation and control;
• Planning of work shifts and optimization of production processes;
• Solving operational issues arising in the work process;
• Increasing the volume of raw material purchases;
• Gradual immersion in the financial planning of the company's work, and the planning of procurement, processing, and sales flows.

We are looking for a person who:

• Knows how to effectively manage a team and motivate employees;
• Responsible, attentive to details and strives to improve processes;
• Ready to take responsibility and quickly make decisions;
• Has a desire to work in a team and develop professional;
• Has a category B driver's license (the company has a passenger car with a manual gearbox), own car is welcome for prompt resolution of issues.
