Monivate, a project within Growity Tech, is an investment education service helping individuals navigate the world of finances and stock trading. We provide valuable insights to enhance financial literacy and well-being.

We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Creative Manager for Monivate. You will develop and manage the creative process for various ad channels and social media platforms, combining creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to drive successful campaigns and achieve business goals.

What’s required :

  • 1+ years of experience working in a similar position.
  • Experience in creating user acquisition creatives and UGC content for platforms like Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and creativity.
  • B2 level proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Effective communication skills and cross-functional collaboration knowledge.
  • Positive, adaptable, and well-organized to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of basic metrics of the user acquisition process.

What you’ll do :

  • Manage and develop work on creatives for the top ad networks (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Generate ideas for creative concepts.
  • Develop a creative strategy and take part in weekly brainstorms.
  • Draw up terms of reference and prototypes for designers.
  • Launch testing of new and best-performing concepts (independently and with the UA team support).
  • Describe test results and provide creative feedback to UA and creative teams.
  • Analyze the activity of competitors and the market to find new innovative concepts using marketing spy tools.
  • Coordinate the work of motion and graphic designers, set up tasks, monitor deadlines.
  • Create video scripts for TikTok, Facebook, and Google platforms.
  • Communicate with contractor creative agencies, UGC creators, bloggers, and influencers.

Will be plus:

  • Basic skills in Facebook, TikTok ad accounts.
  • Basic skills in working with graphic and video editors (Figma, Canva, Adobe AE, etc.).
  • Knowledge of BigData analysis and tracking systems (Tableau, Excel).
