Creative Marketing Lead in Partida

Hello, we are Metch. Recruiting agency exclusively looking for marketing specialists. We are looking for our client Headway Inc,Creative Marketing Lead on the Addmile project.

We are looking for a leader who can build effective creative processes and their scaling. inherit; font-weight: 700">Build a managed, productive and focused creative team (currently 4 Junior/Strong Junior specialists) that consistently generates quality video creatives for Performance Marketing and User Acquisition.

The ideal candidate is an experienced creative marketer with strong leadership skills who can build a vertical/process and adapt structure quickly. This role isn't just about creatives, it's about being a leader in a niche for less experienced professionals.

1. You will create a creative vertical from scratch. You will build processes and turn the team into a strong creative unit.
2. Your ideas immediately go into production. A minimum of bureaucracy — a maximum of creative freedom within the framework of performance.
3. This is not a "make a video" job. This is a role about systems, hypothesis testing, creating processes that scale to different markets.

Tasks

• Support and improve the creative production process in close collaboration with User Acquisition Managers.
• Manage and develop the Creative Marketing team, including designers and Creative Marketing Managers.
• Plan and coordinate team workflows to ensure timely and effective results.
• Track and report on creative performance and team member performance.
• Set up and maintain effective creative processes of marketing.
• Develop and improve methodology for testing advertising creatives to increase effectiveness and scalability.
• Generate ideas for creatives and analyze their effectiveness foroptimization of results.
• Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using a data-driven approach for strategic decisions and improving results.

Competencies

• 2+ years of experience in creative marketing (SMM, Creative Marketing, Influencer Marketing).
• 1+ year of experience managing a creative marketing team of 3 or more people.
• Ability to create and execute data-driven creative strategies.
• Strong organizational skills for tasks, workflows and deadlines.
• Expertise in the analysis of creative performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.) and the ability to draw practical conclusions from them.
• The level of English is B2.

Requirements

• 2+ years in performance creatives (video -must).
• Expertise in UGC / TikTok-style videos / Reels / Shorts.
• Understanding full funnel and various content formats for the tasks: lead gen, brand awareness, community engagement.
• Experience in building a systematic work with content, not just creating individual videos.
• Experience in hypothesis testing and the ability to make quick iterations.

Experience in mobile applications or subscription models.

Working conditions

• Remote work (with the option to visit the office in Kyiv/Warsaw).
• Flexible, with mandatory business hours 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Employment: Gig contract (Diya City).
• Compensation: To be discussed based on the results of the interview
