What you will do:
create space for managers at various levels - from the first steps in management to mature leaders;
to develop effective sales, service, and personal effectiveness skills so that employees can exceed customer expectations;
support and develop colleagues to become strong facilitators;
create product training programs; help employees understand the bank's products and services so that they can confidently work with clients;
to build a community of practitioners and unite colleagues from different fields to share ideas, support each other and create new approaches to work;
participate in culture transformation: be part of changes that make the bank more open, modern and customer-oriented;
work on Human Capital Department projects: join strategic initiatives that affect the development of the entire company.
We are looking for a business coach who:
can effectively work with audiences of various profiles and training levels;
confidently works with managers, sales experts in the SME segment and service managers in branches;
likes to work with offline teams and knows how to adapt and conduct programs online in a synchronous format;
has knowledge and skills in the principles of adult education and practices the use of various approaches in education;
has experience in developing educational programs and a starting portfolio of trainings in the following topics: management/ leadership/ service/ sales/ negotiations/ effective communication and other corporate format topics;
ready/ready for business trips within a reasonable work schedule;
ready to understand banking products and processes;
has experience in banking in various areas (will be an advantage).
