What you will do:

• create space for the growth of managers and conduct development programs for managers of various levels - from the first steps in management to mature leaders who are ready to lead teams;

• develop key influencing skills (power skills) and teach effective sales, service, negotiation and personal effectiveness so that employees feel confident in their work and can exceed customer expectations;

• support and develop internal coaches and help colleagues become strong facilitators, share knowledge and experience within the team;

• create product training programs; help employees understand the bank's products and services so they can confidently work with clients;

• to build a community of practitioners and unite colleagues from different fields to share ideas, support each other and create new approaches to work;

• participate in culture transformation: be part of changes that make the bank more open, modern and customer-oriented;

• work on Human Capital Department projects: join strategic initiatives that affect the development of the entire company.

  We are looking for a business coach who: 

• can effectively work with audiences of various profiles and training levels;

• confidently works with managers, sales experts in the SME segment and service managers in branches;

• likes to work with offline teams and knows how to adapt and conduct programs online in a synchronous format;

• has knowledge and skills in the principles of adult education and practices the use of various approaches in education;

• has experience in developing educational programs and a starting portfolio of trainings in the following topics: management/ leadership/ service/ sales/ negotiations/ effective communication and other corporate format topics;

• ready/ready for business trips within a reasonable work schedule;

• ready/ ready to understand banking products and processes;

• has experience in banking in various areas (will be an advantage).
