Coordinator of the school restoration program, FOP in Rokada, BF BO

The ROKADA Charitable Foundation is looking for a project coordinator to repair shelters in schools in the Sumy and Kharkiv regions, FOP.

Responsibilities

• coordinating the preparation and execution of repair work in school shelters;

• planning and control of work schedules;

• interaction with contractors, administrations schools, local authorities and project partners;

• monitoring the quality and deadlines of works (on-site or remotely);

• maintaining project documentation and preparing reports;

• participating in the acceptance of completed works.

Requirements

• project coordination experience (construction, restoration, infrastructure or humanitarian projects);

• willingness to travel to regions;

• organization, responsibility, communication skills;

• confident command of the Ukrainian language;

• skills for working with Google Workspace / MS Office.
